Wihlborgs signs lease with Malmö University, which has been tasked with running police training in Malmö
Malmö University has signed a ten-year lease with Wihlborgs for 9,000 m² on two floors at Kranen 2 in Dockan, Malmö. The premises will be used for the practical stages of the police training programme, which will start in Malmö in early 2019.

Iconic Kockums skyscraper fills with new ideas

Wihlborgs divests four industrial properties in Malmö
On 1 June, Wihlborgs divested four industrial properties in Malmö to Corem. The properties were sold in corporate wrappers at an underlying property value of around SEK 144 million.

Wihlborgs conducts share split
The Annual General Meeting of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ), held on 25 April 2018, resolved on a two-for-one division of the company’s shares (a “split”), by which each old share will be replaced with two new shares. The Board was authorised to establish a record date for the split.

Ulrika Hallengren takes over as Wihlborgs’ new CEO
Today, the Board of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB appointed Ulrika Hallengren as Wihlborgs’ new CEO. Moreover, the company’s former CEO Anders Jarl was appointed Chairman of the Wihlborgs Board by today’s Annual General Meeting.
